UAF joint secretary Weyman Bennett spoke to a public meeting in Bradford earlier this month in the run-up to the ‘We are Bradford‘ event on Saturday 28 August. He outlined why the peaceful, multicultural celebration is vital to show our unity and opposition to the racist English Defence League.

Event details
The We are Bradford celebration of unity and our multicultural society takes place on Saturday 28 August. Assemble: 12 noon at Exchange Square, Drake Street, Bradford city centre. People using public transport should travel in via the Bradford Interchange. We will have details of musicians and speakers for the event soon.
