Bands and DJs line up for antiracist march and carnival: 6 Nov

A fantastic line-up of artists and musicians is set to play at the national march and carnival against racism, fascism and Islamophobia on Saturday 6 November.

The demo has been called by UAF and our sister campaign Love Music Hate Racism, and is backed by the TUC and the Muslim Council of Britain.

Details

The march will assemble at 12 noon, Malet Street, London WC1 on Saturday 6 November. We will have bands and DJs from LMHR playing on floats during the march as well as at the rally at the end

Artists who have already confirmed include indie-rock, ska and hip-hop band Kid British (pictured), the legendary founder of The Specials, Jerry Dammers, British-Muslim pop favourite Mumzy, Missing Andy from TV’s Must Be the Music, Abbas Hasan with his electro-pop and Asian classical fusion, west-London singer Tasha Tah and LMHR stalwart DJ Rugrat.

More acts will be added to the line-up soon.
